"
Event Stamp Cards
"
Again this year, event fair
goers will receive one
"event stamp card" per
person or family/group, and
one ticket towards door
prizes. The stamp card will
include a sqaure for each
vendor/fair participant. For
each event/fair participant
table they visit, they will
receive one stamp (I will
provide you with these
special stamp markers this
year - not stickers that
didn't work so well last
year - sorry). Fair-goers
who have their entire "event
stamp card" stamped, will
receive and additional 2
tickets towards door
prizes. Those with 1/2 card
full will receive an
additional one ticket.
The idea of the "Event Stamp Card" is an effort to get fair-goers
to visit every table at the
event.
DOOR PRIZES NEEDED
: As like last
year, I am seeking door
prizes to use for the door
prizes drawings for the
Event Stamp Card. If you
request to be included on
the Event Stamp Card, I ask
that you donate an item,
small gift basket or small
gift card for our door prize
drawings. Thank You! :)
WELCOME BAGS
: We are also
accepting fliers, brochures
& small give-a-way items to
include in our fair Welcome
Bags, which will be given to
fair-goers as they come into
the event. They can then use
these bags to collect
information/items from event
vendors/participants. This
is a great to way to get
extra exposure for your
business/program, or to have
your information included if
you are unable to
participate in the event.
**Please let me know if you
have something you would
like included in the Welcome
Bags.
The annual Community
Fair is a free all-ages
event, open to the public,
featuring information tables
and demonstrations from
local businesses, agencies,
organizations, community
groups, and school groups.
The event also includes
refreshment sales and
children's activities and
entertainment.
