The City of Tonawanda Board of Visual and Performing Arts will provide cultural and art experiences to the residents of the City of Tonawanda.  The COT recognizes the importance of introducing cultural creativity, unique craftsmanship and artistic values to inspire, unite and develop an enlightened community.  The board will hold fundraising projects with the help of the residents of the City of Tonawanda.  In return the COT will provide a variety of art experiences for the community to enjoy and embrace.
